TANAKITA 5 STAR CAMP

 
 

TANAKITA is a camping site on the 2 hectares area located in front of the Gede Pangrango National Park, Kadudampit, Cisaat, Sukabumi. Situated at the foot of a mountain, Tanakita has an altitude of 1100 asl. With the average weather conditions of 20°-22°C (day), 18°-20°C (night), and 85% humidity, Tanakita is an ideal spot for camping. Equipped with comfortable amenities, Tanakita offers the experience of being in the outdoors without the hassle of bringing camping gears (tents, warm mattress, sleeping bag, etc.) or food and water supplies. All readily provided for the guests.

 

 

HOW TO GET THERE

 

(Departure Point: Jakarta and/or Bogor)

Jakarta - take the train to Bogor Station - At Bogor Station (BOO) take the train to Cisaat Station (CSA) - Arrive at Cisaat Station - Walk or take an Ojek 1 Km to Cisaat Market - At Cisaat Market use an public transportation - Tell the public transportation driver or taxi bike driver to stop at the Tanakita Camping Ground destination (cost around Rp.10,000) - Arrive at Tanakita Camping Ground.

Train tickets from Bogor to Sukabumi must be purchased in advance via online.

If using a bus from Jakarta, you can take a bus from Kampung Rambutan Terminal, Lebak Bulus Terminal, and Depok Terminal to Bogor Terminal. In front of the Bogor bus terminal (Baranang Siang) there is L300 public transportation that operates 24 hours to Sukabumi and passes in front of the Cisaat Police Station.

After arriving in front of Cisaat Police Station, then take a red angkot that leads to the gate of Situ Gunung, Gede Pangrango National Park. Tell the driver to stop at Tanakita Camping Ground. The cost is around IDR 10,000/person.

Take the DAMRI bus to Bogor. Arriving at Bogor Terminal (Baranang Siang), you can continue with L300 public transportation that operates 24 hours to Sukabumi and passes in front of the Cisaat Police Station.

After arriving in front of the Cisaat Police Station, then take a red public transportation that leads to the Situ Gunung gate, Gede Pangrango National Park. Tell the driver to stop at Tanakita Camping Ground. The cost is around IDR 10,000/person.

If you use Bandung travel, you can use Siliwangi Trans from Jl.Taman Sari Lantai D1, Blok Q Number 06 (Balubur Town Square/Baltos) for IDR 70,000. The departure schedule is carried out starting at 05.00 WIB until 19.00 WIB, with departure hours are every 2 hours. And then stop at Jl.Siliwangi no.30 (next to NBS radio).

You can continue by online transportation directly to Tanakita or take public transportation to the Cisaat market. After arriving in front of Cisaat Police Station, then take an online taxi bike or red public transportation that leads to the gate of Situ Gunung, Gede Pangrango National Park. Tell the driver to stop at Tanakita Camping Ground. The cost is around IDR 10,000/person. Approximately 100m from there the Tanakita entrance is on the left.

For those of you who bring private vehicles, you can travel via the Bogor-Ciawi-Sukabumi (Bocimi) Toll Road and exit at the Cibadak Toll gate. At the T-junction after the toll gate, take the route to the left from Jalan Raya Cibadak towards Jalan Raya Sukabumi, then turn left onto Jalan Kadudampit, right in front of the Cisaat Police Station leading to the Situ Gunung gate, Gede Pangrango National Park. Tanakita Camp is 200 meters on the left side of the gate.
